By creating an account or using Ares, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Ares provides an AI-powered training log and coaching companion for fighters. The service includes session logging, AI-generated insights, and training history. Ares is a tool to support your training — it does not replace professional coaching, medical advice, or qualified instruction.

• You must be 16 or older to use Ares
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• One account per person — do not share accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

• Subscriptions are purchased on our website via Stripe — not through the app
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at end of billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial periods
• Prices may change — we will give 30 days notice before any price increase

Your training logs and data belong to you. By using Ares, you grant us a limited licence to process your content to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data and do not use it for any purpose beyond operating the service.

• Do not use Ares for any unlawful purpose
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service
• Do not use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Do not submit content that is harmful, abusive, or illegal

Ares provides AI-generated coaching insights for informational purposes only. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from following advice generated by the app. Always train under qualified supervision. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of Ares after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
